1. Shipping Scope

We currently provide shipping services within Australia only.
Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount, as outlined below:

  • Orders equal to or exceeding 90.99 AUD (including 90.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders below 90.99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD.

3. Taxes

All product prices displayed include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

4. Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders successfully paid before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time) will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the following day.

  • If the processing start date falls on a rest day, it will be postponed to the next working day.

5. Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the processing stage.
The processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment is arranged.

6. Shipping Timeframe

After the order has been shipped, the estimated total shipping time is 5–8 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond reasonable control.

7. Shipping Carriers

We select appropriate mainstream Australian shipping carriers based on actual shipping needs, including but not limited to:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

The final carrier used will depend on the actual shipment arrangement.

8. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
You may use this information to monitor the shipping status. If updates are delayed, please check again later.

9. Responsibility Statement
